TEXT VERSION

Introduction: My name is Jon Anderson. I have been a full time potter for 25 years. Sunny Pouliot and I have shared a studio for the last 15 years. Our ceramic work is a collaboration between my forms and Sunny's surface decorations. Most of our work is functional in nature. We have been able to make an enjoyable and profitable living from clay.

frog.jpg Clay is my first love and livelihood; but glass is something I do completely for myself without the pressures that go along with the clay--the time discipline, importance of sales and the other constraints that go along with a business. I'm able to enjoy them both for different reasons.
