- Dorothy has been a resident of Minnesota since 1965. She and her husband, Fred, raised their children, Robert and Carolyn, in Roseville and Saint Paul. Now that she and Fred are retired, they live in Falcon Heights. Altogether, she has been a resident of Ramsey County for nineteen years.
