Judgement was issued by H.K. White, Clerk of District Court,
in favor of Joseph Wagner after
no answer to complaint was received within 20 days after
summonses were issued. (Bill of Costs and Disbursements as
sworn by Geo. L. Treat, attorney: Loan amount - $65.00,
interest - $3.00, serving summons - $6.60, clerks fee -
$4.00, 2 affidavits - $0.50, total costs and disbursements -
$11.10, grand total - $79.10)

Sheriff Ole J. Urness was ordered to collect on the judgement
from the personal and, if necessary, real property of Casper
Keller and Elizabeth Bruckheuser. Order was issued by L.W.
Collins - Judge of the District Court. (With $1.30 in
additional costs plus any sheriff's fees.)

|
Sheriff Ole J. Urness took into his possession, as the
property of Casper Keller and Elizabeth Bruckheuser, two
steers of black color "4 years old next spring". Sheriff
also served a copy of "Executions and Inventory" on Casper
Keller and Elizabeth Bruckheuser.

Sheriff Ole J. Urness posted notices of time and place of
steers' sale in "three of the most public places in the
Village of Alexandria"

Steers were taken from Sheriff Ole J. Urness' custody after
being served a writ of Replevins by Deputy Coroner A.J. Ames.

Execution returned unsatisfied by Sheriff Ole J. Urness.
